ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- analyze clients’ abilities and expectations with regard to activities of daily living by observing them, discussing with them and carrying out formal assessments
- develop intervention programs to meet clients’ needs for self-care, work and leisure activities
- maintain client records
- work in an interdisciplinary context to establish intervention plans
- act as consultant and advisor for health promotion programs aimed at preventing disabilities and optimizing independence in all activities of life.
REQUIREMENTS:
- member of the Ordre professionnel des ergothérapeutes du Québec
